Many people are involved in occult practices through witchcraft, curses and spirit possession. Pray that they might have opportunities to hear the gospel of life that offers hope to all.

Praise God for relative stability in Burundi after the terrors of the 1990s - when ethnic and political violence saw 300,000 killed - and the unrest of 2015. An elected government now includes both major ethnic groups (Hutu and Tutsi).

As a landlocked, resource-poor, underdeveloped country, Burkina Faso naturally struggles with poverty. Both the economic reality and the poverty mentality that grip the land must be dealt with.
