Qhubeka! Youth Development Programme holistically supports learners throughout high school and into further education, training or employment by providing life skills, academic support, book clubs, computer training, leadership, coding, job shadowing, psychosocial support, career guidance, sports and culture.

Phuhlisa! Learner Engagement Programme is a targeted programme for high school learners who have dropped out or are at risk of disengaging and dropping out of school, and who need immediate short- to medium-term intervention, including counselling, caregiver support, and life skills training.

Phakama! Youth Activation Programme reignites a passion in unemployed and disengaged youth aged 17 – 35 by offering personal and professional development training, computer skills and technical skills (accounting, barista, or sewing skills) to pursue further education, training or employment.

Empilweni! Thriving Communities Programme fosters a healthy, peaceful and stable community by offering mental health and psycho-social support, victim empowerment services and support for victims of gender-based violence, together with comprehensive educational campaigns.

Just Grace is a people-focused non-profit organisation established in 2012 in the community of Langa Township. The organisation designs and implements effective and sustainable initiatives to develop the community and achieve reduced poverty, better quality education, decent work and economic growth, and equal opportunities. The programmes at Just Grace are underpinned by the three core components of technical skills, soft skills and psychosocial support and work towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
